The connector piece is the hose set between your control unit and your boots. Every chamber has its own line, so all 8 of them fill in the right order.
Hoses are the part that wears out first – they get stepped on, rolled up tight and pulled loose at an angle. A spare set in your bag means one damaged hose never costs you a week of training.
