Shipping policy
All Rebound orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Hoorn, the Netherlands.
Processing and dispatch
Order before 22:00 (CET) on a business day and your parcel is handed over to the carrier the next business day. Orders placed after 22:00, or during the weekend or on a public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day after that.
We ship with established parcel carriers. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive a confirmation email with the carrier and a track & trace link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping rates
- The Netherlands – €6,95. Free on orders of €100 or more.
- European Union – €12,95. Free on orders of €100 or more.
- Rest of the world – €19,95.
Rates are shown in the currency of your country at checkout, and the exact amount is always confirmed before you pay.
Delivery times
The times below are an indication, counted from the moment your parcel is handed to the carrier. They are not a guarantee.
- The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium and Germany: 2–3 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 3–7 business days
- Outside the European Union: 7–14 business days
Your address
Please check your address carefully before you place your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will send it out again once the new shipping cost has been paid. Need to change something? Email info@reboundshop.com before your order has been dispatched and we will fix it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders within the European Union include VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. For orders outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient (Delivered At Place). They are set by your own country, so we cannot tell you the amount in advance.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@reboundshop.com with your order number and a photo where possible. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and make sure you end up with a working set.
